We know you will enjoy our house as much as we do. This is our main home, and we try to make it as comfortable as possible for us and our guests.

House Guidelines

House Entrance

Open the door with the code provided before arrival (typically last 4 digits of your phone). Press the logo on the keypad to light it up, enter the code. To lock, close the door and press the logo.

Shoes Policy

Feel free to wear shoes downstairs. Please, no shoes on the stairwell and upstairs - there's a light-colored carpet that requires special cleaning if stained.

Trash

  • Trash valet comes every morning - take it out at night
  • Use standard trash bags only (under kitchen sink)
  • Flatten cardboard boxes on top of bin
  • Keep lid closed, don't move the bin
  • No recycling - both bins are for trash

Pool Area Rules

  • No glass in pool area - use plastic cups
  • Pool door alarm - press button before opening
  • Keep noise down after 10 PM - $500 fines enforced
  • Clean grill after use, shut off gas
  • Don't use smoker unless experienced (+$100 cleaning fee)

AC/Heating

Two separate units (upstairs/downstairs) with automatic scheduling. Keep doors closed so the AC stays on. Let us know if you need temperature adjustments.

Game Room

  • Supervise children at ping-pong table
  • Arcade activates via smart outlet or Alexa
  • Don't touch freezer or overhead rack items
  • Don't open the garage door - motor will be damaged
